Jeromy Spence
CEO
Bio

Jeromy brings 8 years of public accounting experience to Everis, where he quickly rose from articling student to Partner and Regional Leader at one of Canada’s largest firms. His success stems from attentive communication and custom solutions for each client he’s worked with. He leverages these skills as CEO of Everis to guide the company’s strategic vision, foster growth, and ensure the highest standards of service to our strategic partners.

With a proven track record of success in leadership, sales, and business development, Jeromy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. He holds a CPA designation, is a proud Winnipegger, and has spent a significant portion of his career working with First Nations to achieve greater community success.

When he isn’t talking business, he can be found spending time with his family or in the outdoors fishing and golfing.

Sam Townshend
Vice President
Bio

Sam serves as the Vice President of Everis, where she oversees the high-level day-to-day operations of the company. Her role spans managing critical business contracts, cultivating strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across the board. With a decade of experience in private banking and four years in the insurance planning industry, Sam brings a wealth of expertise to her leadership.

Known for her people-oriented approach, Sam is a natural integrator and a go-to problem solver. He rhands-on, results-driven attitude makes her a powerhouse in aligning teams, streamlining processes, and driving success. She has an uncanny ability to "get things done," no matter the challenge.

Outside the office, Sam loves exploring new destinations and cherishing quality time with her close circle of family and friends. Her blend of professional acumen and personal warmth makes her an inspiring leader and a valued team player.

Steve Brown
CFO
Bio

As CFO, Steve leads the Everis’ financial strategy, planning, and operations to support sustainable growth and stability. Combining strategic insight with keen attention to detail, he ensures strong financial oversight while driving long-term value for the business.

Steve has over 10 years of CFO experience in Fintech, where he helped grow a small start-up to over $100 million in revenue and over 900 employees at its peak. During this time, he helped the business raise over $250 million in a combination of debt and equity. He has a deep understanding of finance function design and has led teams both large and small, in fast-growing and dynamic environments. Steve obtained his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 2010.

Outside of work, Steve loves spending time with family and friends. He is an avid golfer and traveler, often combining both passions into a memorable trip.

Kathryn Blair
Director, Legal & Regulatory
Bio

Kathryn acts as our internal General Counsel. She has over 15 years of top-tier legal experience, having practised with two national firms in Calgary and a securities boutique in Vancouver. Kathryn’s extensive transactional experience includes representing start-ups to multinationals in complex cross-border M&A transactions, public and private offerings, international business restructurings and integrations, corporate structuring, and tax-driven transactions. This experience and the inherent uncertainty of business transactions have taught Kathryn to approach legal problems from a practical, solution-focused perspective. As the former owner and operator of a microbrewery, Kathryn also brings a personal understanding of the demands of business and an entrepreneurial drive.

Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys travelling and outdoor activities with her family, including hiking, biking and paddle-boarding.

Kathryn received her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Calgary and her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.

Kaylee Williamson
Relationship Manager
Bio

Kaylee brings over 12 years of financial industry experience to her role as Relationship Manager at Everis. She’s worn many hats through out her career, from financial advising to leading teams and managing projects, but one thing has stayed constant: her knack for solving tough challenges with creativity and heart.

In her role, Kaylee collaborates with strategic partners, marketing teams, clients, and advisors to ensure every transaction runs smoothly. She’s all about creating a seamless experience; one that leaves clients feeling confident and supported, while keeping everything compliant and efficient behind the scenes.

With a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a passion for learning, Kaylee blends a unique mix of skills and insight to foster meaningful connections and deliver results. Her work isn’t just about getting things done; it’s about doing them right, and making a real impact along the way.

When she’s not assisting clients, you’ll find Kaylee recharging in the mountains, staying active, or volunteering with local charities. Whether it’s hitting the trails or helping her community, she’s all about finding balance and making a difference.

Jaden Andrews
Administrative Assistant

Jaden serves as an Administrative Assistant at Everis, bringing exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills to his role. He supports the leadership team by managing critical day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks. Jaden also plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, streamlining workflows, and assisting with the implementation of performance-driven strategies. By enabling the leadership team to focus on high-level decision-making, he contributes to operational efficiency and the company’s continued success.

Dayna Dittmar
Executive Assistant
Bio

With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Dayna brings deep expertise and a strong administrative foundation to her role as Executive Assistant at Everis. She’s known for her attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities.

Dayna plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and supporting executive leadership at every level. Her extensive knowledge of insurance operations and her commitment to efficiency make her an invaluable part of the Everis team.

Outside of work, Dayna stays active with regular boxing sessions, enjoys traveling with her husband, and loves exploring the outdoors with their dog.
